The centre was entered in the register of training and examination centres kept by the President of the Railway Transport Authority on 28 August 2018. Entry number PL/36/2018.
We currently provide training in the following locations: Zbąszynek, Małaszewicze, Katowice, Toruń.

As part of our teaching facilities, we have:
1. legal acts and regulations related to the driver's work
2. textbooks and books: over 25 books and manuals relating to the work of the driver and the operation and construction of rolling stock
3. internal regulations and instructions of carriers or infrastructure managers: instructions of carrier Ecco Rail Sp. z o.o. and of infrastructure managers PKP PLK, Cargotor, InfraSilesia, CTL Maczki-Bór
4. training overview boards, computer programmes, multimedia presentations or videos on (more than 50 presentations, films, etc.) on
- principles of railway traffic management and signalling,
- construction and operation of powered railway vehicles
- construction and principles of operation of railway brakes
- occupational health and safety issues
- principles of first aid for victims of railway accidents,
- how to deal with irregularities on railway lines and in the event of a railway incident,
5. mock-ups or computer programs imitating railway traffic situations, 4 computer programs / virtual diagrams imitating railway traffic situations.
6 Other documents: DSUs of locomotives, etc.

The centre currently employs 10 active train drivers acting as instructors and examiners for train drivers employed by Ecco Rail Sp. z o.o.
Since the beginning, we have carried out more than 1,000 trainings and tests of knowledge and skills in locomotive construction.
Three times a year we organise periodic instruction for our employees (Katowice, Zbąszynek, Małaszewicze). Each training cycle is attended by more than 200 railway employees. Every year we organise refresher training for instructors and examiners on changes in regulations and participation in accident committees.
